Horrible service ever

i received a call from a lady called Ayanda from homechoice to confirm my order, i told her i had not placed an order with homechioce and i have never dealt with homechoice in my life, she then stated she would cancel the order. i called homechioce to inquire more about this order to my surprise the lady i spoke to refused to give me details of the order and just said i must not worry the order has been cancelled. homechioce is missing the point here someone is using my details to order things i don't know and that is identity ***** so why are they refusing to give me the delivery address, contact number and email address used for this order so i can take it up. what do i need to do to get this information or must i go open a police case will you help me then? i need to get to the bottom of this and to do that i need the details to open an identity ***** case. what do you have to lose by giving me information that was used against my id number without my knowledge. or are you guys dealing with these *********?
