Horrible service delivery.
I have been sending return requests since last December. Today I called and got A Rude agent who was telling me I cannot return the item as its past 14 days. I am deeply annoyed as this Item arrived late and it is in its original packaging. If your agents treat people this way I want nothing to do with your company. Call me on ***Siyamthanda Ngoma.

09 Jan 2023, 08:52No one is getting a solution for this I am being abused by Leeann Petersen who is rude telling me I should travel across town for something I tried to sort out while I WAS ON LEAVE. I am not able to make it to Wynberg at all so what now? 6 text attempts to return the item in December where ignored. What now?
