Horrible service

On 28 July 2020 I phoned Homechoice and ask for Settlement amount, they told me on the phone the amount, they also send me a email as well as sms that amount I should pay is R472 which includes interest for early Settlement. This amount i should pay no later that 04 August 2020. Which I did at Woolworths at lakeside mall, Benoni, till today they harras me to say I owe them money.
