Horrible service @ home choice

Horrible service @ home choice........ Im Grace Shongwe client @ home choice I ordered a set of 3 comfortors with throws but they didn't deliver and I took an initiative and inforn them that I didn't receive my order... They requested a affidavit with ID copy then I send to them several times..... They receive my copies then they said I must wait for 3 months they where still investigating but it over a year now they are not contacting me..... But they want me to pay full amount for the goods that I didn't receive my I d no ***......what kind of service is this?a big company like home choice to treat customers like this..... They are violeting my right as a South African citizen how can I pay for something that I didn't receive and sign for.
