horrible service and dishonesty
Good Day
I would like to return a package that I ordered. When I ordered the package I was advised that it will be R88 a month but now I am being charged R123 this is not what i agreed on and I asked the agent 2 times if she sure that I will pay R88 and she agreed. I would like to return this package as it has never been used since it arrived and cancel the agreement with honechoice please advise how will I return the package.
