Horrible service and a ********** account

in 2015 I pulled out my ITC report and I realized that I had 2 accounts that I never opened under my name, that was Homechoice and Justine/Avon. I contacted both companies and I went to the police station did affidavits as requested, ID copies and a page with 3 of my signatures, I sent to both companies but my name was only cleared by Justine/Avon and not Homechoice. on 01 January 2018 I pulled my itc report again and Homechoice is still there, I called them several times, I was given different emails to send the required docs to and with no luck, about a month later I then spoke to Zandile Dwili who gave me her email address and I she acknowledged receiving the email and responds to it if I'm lucky, The initial email was in January but to this day my name is still listed and I haven't received any feedback. right now she just ignores me. what should I do to get this resolved and my name off the ITC records, this has badly affected my credit score and I can't get credit anywhere and I want to buy a house. the other shocking thing is at the time when this account was opened I was not really working and I didn't qualify for even a short-term loan or a cellphone contract, how did you even approve this account and delivered without my ID because I still have my ID with me?
