Horrible service

If there was a zero star rating I would give them that, I don't know what kind of circus they are running. 1st they captured my details wrong then sent me a dirty duvet cover. And that was not enough, they debited my last installment only to deny it and add areas. It continues, they went on to debit even when the account balance is R0.00 when I called them to complain about this one of their supervisors simply dismissed me and as a result it's day 6 today the debited amount is still not returned in my account.
