Horrible service

Homechoice delivery, call centre, complaints are all horrible. I placed on order in January that shows packed at our warehouse on 27 January hit to this day I have not received it. Call centre agents tell me it must be with the courier they not sure they will log an enquiry but no one ever gets back to me. I logged a complaint first response was my parcel has now been collected by the courier and will take 7-14 days. More than 14 working days later still no delivery or phone call. I sent another e-mail. They rep**** my parcel is being shipped from their warehouse to one closer to me. Im confused coz I was told its with the courier. Pathetic service with a complaints department that cant solve a simple complaint. Yet they debit my account.
