Horrible service

I am so frustrated by the service I received from Homechoice. An agent called me advertising appliances on promotion. I decided to get a dishwasher because I was told I would order it, have it delivered and would only start paying end of February. Lo and behold my December statement came which included an installment for the very same dishwasher. I called and was told unfortunately you do not qualify for that promotion. Mind you this dishwasher has been delivered already. I'm appalled by the fact that I've spoken to several agents, called customer services and no one is resolving this issue. If I did not qualify why was it approved? I did not budget to pay now yet here I am receiving smses for payment. If anyone is considering getting anything please enquire carefully so that you do not end up in my horrible situation.
