Horrible homechoice

I been having issues with homechoice regarding a bed I bought from them 11 months ago the stitching is cuming loose by the side I have been calling in asking for assistance as the bed is finish paid and still under guarantee but up until now I still haven't received a phone call I'm so disappointed as I phone them every second day regarding this since last year December and it March already
