Horrible experience at Homechoice

I really hate to say this but the service im experiencing with homechoice is horrible. I phoned them on the 3rd of July to inquire about documents needed to close the account as my mother had an account with the and she passed on. I gave all required documents. I always get emails, they send sms that we should pay account. The service at homechoice is very bad in a way that this people they will keep me holding on a phone n later drop it. I really need help regarding this and they really not helping at all
