Horrible customer service from HomeChoice

Their customer service is nothing short of hooliganism. They charge inflated prices, beyond the agreed fee when asked they say they did not put that money there so it is not their business. How can customer service be like that?? Beyond that they pick up their phone and not speak and even if you try to raise a query they just put the phone down on you
