HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE ND TIME AROUND :-(
Earlier this morning at about 10:59 AM, I received a call from a Home choice agent. To my disappointment for the 2nd time i was greatly and utterly shocked at the bad and ugly service I received from one of the agents. The number he called from is *** and ***, he called to my cell number ***, the reason I give this info is because I want Home Choice to listen to the calls. I do not have a name or surname. When he called me i was busy my guys on the floor, but I was still taking his call, the call cut as we have an internet connection problem. The same agent called me back shouting at me saying why do I drop the call in his ear and his talking to me and still clicking his tongue at me. Who the hell does your agents think they are. Do they think they talking to children or idiots???? The fact that I had a similar incident before with an agent, is a total disgrace to your company.
