Horrible customer service

I reported a case of ***** with them 3 months ago, provided them with the documents they have requested and to date they still haven’t closed the account. I tried calling the ***** department but it doesn’t go through, called the customer care line and they couldn’t put me through. The agents kept on giving me different numbers that do not go through, I have sent emails but no response. The customer service provided by this company is on the same level as the service you would get at Home Affairs, it must be the ‘Home’ in the name.
