Horrible customer service!
<p>Every month my father gets a call from one of your agents requesting a payment. It is not month end yet to call every single month and every month the account is paid and when they get told that payment is made every month they become aggressive and plain rude!.. disgusting customer service.. we will never make use of your account services again</p>
