Horrible choice I made

Good day, the past 3 months have been a nightmare, I have been receiving a debit order from homechoice and every time I cancel it they just debit double the amount the following month, I am afraid this will affect my credit score, which in turn means I might not be able to get a home loan, I have contacted them and they said they will conduct investigation my problem is how can you debit me if you are busy with investigation, clearly you have decided that I'm guilty and liable for these debt, how can you allow someone to change delivery address, email, cell phone number on your system at the same time, then come and bill me for things I did not order, please stop debiting my account
