Horrible after service

This is the first time in about 3 years that I have purchased something from HomeChoice that I have received after service this bad. We bought an washing machine from them in January / February 2023. The day we received the machine there was a part inside that was broken. We let them know with photos that there is a problem. They said they will get back to us. If we do not follow up we do not get a reply. Everytime we send an email now we get no reply. Defy has contacted us and said they (HomeChoice) was suppose to replace the washing machine as we let them know in 7 days. So no we have a machine that is damaging our clothes, and just nothing from Home Choice. This will be our last purchase with them due to this.
