HORRIBLE

My package had items missing and I wasn't told about it,I've enquired about the price since it's not exactly what I've ordered and I've gotten different figures each time I called, to add on to my frustration I found out "someone" had placed an order using my name in a different province. The consultants are unhelpful and sometimes rude, one lady hung up the phone while I was speaking. I've requested a statement and I've received nothing but promises of communication. It's been two months and I'm "owing" amounts I have no clue are from where...
