Hopeless service no customer service lives here
Firstly why does Hello Peter forces us to give a star when that business don't even deserve it.
This business (HC) has no clue what is customer service, I've been writting emails to them since last year November 2024, 'till today there's no response. I called, was able to speak to one of the consultants, but that was the last coversation I ever had with anyone from HC that was 16 January.
