HOMECHOISE IS A **** PERIOD

Homechoise is running a **** and they exploit their customers and don't adhere to the NCR. Last year around this time I bought a bunk bed and it R3200 and every month I have been making additional payments. To date I've paid close to R7000 and they say I still have an outstanding balance of about R600, how? I Last month I called the call center and requested a reconciliation of my account because their statement didn't make sense and I was promised someone will call me and I'm still waiting. It is ******* to charge people future interest. I would like my account to be reconciled and be refunded my extra money and close the stupid account
