Homechoice's terrible service

We placed an order in Homechoice on the 2nd of May 2019, 10 days later we have not received the order. We have been calling day and day out, we told the order has been dispatched but is does not arrive. What frustrates us the most is that Wynberg (Homechoice) is 20 km from where we live. When we call they say next time you must pick it up yourself. Unfortunately there will not be next time. What a terrible service!
