HomechoiceNochoice
In short, last year I found out from ITC theres money owing to homechoice, so I called to check since Ive never bought anything from homechoice. This must have been around September 2016. I was advised forensics would call me to work on my claim that I couldn't be owing since Ive never bought anything. Clearly some type of ***** had happened on my acnt. They didn't call.
This year (May/June or so) I started getting calls from collectors. So I called homechoice again and relayed my story again. They advised me to sign an affidavit and dispute form and send to them . Again saying forensics would handle the case. Again I did so.
The collectors kept calling and I kept telling them not to call me since homechoice was working on it, clearly I was lying to myself since now when pulled my ITC there is a default from homechoice !! So not only did forensics not work on it, none of their staff ever called me. How did it go from me calling them to alert about this, to them defaulting my account without ever calling me?
Most people here complain about being called 10 times a day by your collectors, which ive seen first hand by the way with others, I was sent straight through to collection agents and a default without these . For a ********** ACCOUNT!!!
And then today when I complain guess what they do, they refer me to send anothera ffidavit and dispute form for forensics again!! The same department that failed to call me for a whole year is the same one that will supposedly resolve this!!!!!!!!
'Homechoicenochoice' has a nice ring to it, I bet I could make it trend on social media. To anyone with similar issues, get in contact with me. Lets make them trend until the NCR is convinced to pull the credit licence away if they wont follow the rules.
