Homechoice,debt restruct and VVm

I've been a long-time customer of Homechoice. I app**** for debt consolidation with Debt Restruct last year, but when I read the tiny print, I realized it was a debt review, not a debt consolidation. So I cancelled it right away because that wasn't what I was searching for. The application has already been sent to the locations where I owed money. I requested that the Debt Restruct issue a cancellation notice to the companies with whom I owe money. That's what they did. So, this year, I placed another order with Homechoice, only to discover that I am unable to receive my order because my account is under debt review. When I inquired about this situation at homechouce, they directed me to several departments, but no solutions were found. I am coming to you to intervene or send me to the place where I can get assistance
