Homechoice - you paying so much for nothing

I have ordered a bed from Homechoice in March for my baby boy, two days ago i went to sit on the bed then the base broke it's like it is made of thin card board we hardly use the bed because my son is still small and we actually bought the bed just to fill his room. the plastic everything is still on , i have been struggling to get hold of someone to assist me i'm not going to pay almost 6000 for a bed that broke in a 3 months time what can i do and who will assist me????

The base is really thin card board ???
