Homechoice worst service ever

Goodday My Name is Shantal I purchased a Miranda 3pc queen all seasons blanket combo,we ordered online made payment, delivery was done. While opening the package I realized the 4kg blanket had opened stitches so I called home choice,they gave me a reference number and said I should put the blanket back into the package they will have it uplifted and send me another one.Courier company came on the 5th of july to collect the blanket after a couple of days.i have no feedback from homechoice I called them on Tuesday the 20th of July to find out when will I receive my blanket a new call was logged,today is Friday the 23rd still no feedback.I will NEVER purchase from them ever again they service is pathetic.I really need this to be resolved or else they should take back all the blankets and refund me my money back as it's tiring to go back and forth for something that I've paid for but seems like they cannot deliver good service.
