Homechoice worst company quality assurance does not apply with this company

Worst company bought some stuff with them January 2021 via my standard bank app and they canceled my order because they were out of stock and I requested my refund till today I still have not received my money back it's been a month they keep on telling me stories that my refund was paid to my Absa account what Absa? Really am ****ed with homechoice and I will never ever purchase anything from them
