Homechoice wont refund my Money

I settled my account with homechoice in December last year ...but before i settled it i called and asked what my outstanding balance was...they could not give it to me, i settled the account anyway, after a week or so of paying the amount i thought i owed i called to request a paid up letter , that is when i found out that they owed me R600.00. ive been trying to get my money since then. i have called them sent Emails and inboxes on facebook ...but nothing ...if i owed them money i would be black listed by now ...homechoice is a **** .
