Homechoice will render me hairless

I have a standing Debit Order agreement with Homechoice in February 2016 Homechoice failed to submit my debit order for Collection. In March 2016 I was contacted by Homechoice to say that my debit order was returned "Not Provided for" On my Bank Statement it does not show that any debit order from Homechoice was submitted on my account for the 29th of February 2016. I requested proof from Homechoice to that effect so that I can take it up with my back as to way a debit order was returend even though there was sufficient money in my account for said deduction. After a lot of back and forth Homechoice could not supply me with proof that my debit order was returned due to lack of funds. i don't like to owe any one money so I arranged with Homechoice to make a double deduction end of March 2016. Then end of April another double deduction was made. Tuesday morning 03/05/2016 i phoned the call center. The lady was apologetic and advised me that she will arrange for a refund and that my money would be paid back to me no later than today 06/05/2016. On the 3rd of May I received an sms saying my debit order was canceled on which I thought great I'll rather pay the money over to Home Choice. Today I Once again phoned Homechoice Call Center to ensure the refund will be done today. To my surprise I had to hear the consultant I phoned on the 03/05/2016 did not arrange for a refund only for my debit order to be canceled and now a refund will take 15 working days?? Seriously??
