Homechoice violating my consumer rights

I paid up my account with Homechoice last year.Now they are calling everyday to place a new order.I told them several times that im not interested.I started to ignore their calls but now im afraid that i will miss important calls.Ive send Emails to their Customer service to remove my contact details from their database ,they keep on promising to remove my contact details.I dont know what to do anymore
