Homechoice Undelivered parcel mess

I made an order with Homechoice for the Marlo 3 piece Queen size on the 23rd of April 2020. The order was never received then in May 2020 I contacted Homechoice to ask about the whereabouts of my order and they told me it was delivered on the 1st of May by someone with an ID no. that state she was born in 1984 and in my family there's no one born in that year. I kept calling them till they gave me an email address *** to send them an affidavit and I did and kept calling but they kept telling me someone will contact me regarding the order but never did. Now they're demanding money from me for an order I still have not received 6months later. My good credit record has now been affected as it shows that I've fallen behind with payments on my Homechoice account. How can I pay for something I never received??? Homechoice please fix your mess and clear my record!
