Homechoice unable to cancel my order in their system

I am not pleased and very disappointed with the homechoice service. I ordered duvet sets and decided to cancel the order before they sent to me and requested them to cancel the order in their syatem. They decided to debit my bank account without my permission. I receive more than 5 calls everyday even on weekends asking me to pay for a account that doesn't exist. I will never purchase anything from them, they even update my ITC score with this 'canceled' order. Homechoice please cancell the order in your books, update my credit in ITC and stop calling me after that.
