Homechoice treats people like dogs

I bought 2plate oven stove at homechoice 2months down the line 1plate didn't work i took it back at my nearest branch it took a month they called and said i must come nd fetch the stove when i get there they said i must clean the oven of which i cleaned it how come it took them a month to tell me to clean the stove im gonna sue them serious im soooo ****ed
