Homechoice totally unacceptable customer support!
I have an account with Homechoice and have selected the goods I would like to order. My residential address has changed and lo and behold they will not accept my rent statement as proof of address. Then I send a Dr bill not acceptable either. What the hell??? Surely my current rent statement is refutable. Do I assume that Homechoice does not need or want my business?
