Homechoice took my financial freedom

Homechoice delivered incomplete order for me. I contacted them and they send me a declaration form which I filled in together with a police affidavit. I filled in the required documents and send them to provided email addresses. Now they have blacklisted me and taken my financial freedom on things that I did not use. Today I received a call from a debt collector who was so RUDE telling me why I do not have airtime to call back and how I am going to pay because I am owing only because I had told her to call back after 2pm because I was in the office I could not talk. I am not owing!!! She ruined my day . Please help
