Homechoice !!! The worst service provider out there by far !!!

Homechoice !!!! What a pathetic service provider. I bought a bedroom suite from them few months ago, and the mattress had broken springs, so the eventually changed it. The same problem is happening again.... not even 6 months !!!!~. I sent and email to them on the 03Dec, reminder's after that. I get same response every single time " Thank you for contacting Homechoice. Please be advised that your query has been escalated and feed back will be provided soonest. We apologize for the inconvenience" I called this morning spoke to Leighanca, she put me on and never came back to me. Do they think I have the entire day to hold !!!! These people do false advertising as far as I am concerned. They do not if a damn about the client as long as they are getting their money. Homechoice is the worst provider I have EVER had to deal with.
