Homechoice the worst customer service ever!!!

Homechoice Cape Town has the worst customer service ever. My Mom who is a pensioner bought a microwave by them and it broke. We then took the microwave back to the Promenade branch on the 13/09/2023 to date we have not been helped. They have excuses after excuses and **** to us on numerous occasions as to how they will solve this issue. It's one week before Christmas and we still sitting without a microwave! Then they still expecting my Mom to pay her installment monthly for something she doesn't have. If I can advise anyone please do not purchase anything by Homechoice their lack of service is disgusting to say the least.
