Homechoice the worst!!

I settled my account with homechoice as it was handed over. I'm busy applying for a home loan and now says the homechoice is still reflecting the outstanding amount and there is a default on this account

I've tried to contact someone numerous times with no success!! Homechoice is the worst! I need this sorted asap so please contact me this needs to be removed from my credit report ASAP
