Homechoice: the worse service ever

I made an order of 2 items, i only received one item. The package was open and did not have an invoice. The following morning i called homechoice to query, i was given dispute forms. I submitted the forms and was told it would take 24 hours to 48 hours to resolve the dispute. The forms were submitted on the 16th, i have not recieved a word from homechoice. I called in but there is no responce.

An unauthorized debit order was made on my behalf by homechoice. I do not approve of the debit order. I have been paying the account on time and i have never defaulted on the amount of payment due, therefore can homechoice remove the debit order because i can do my job i do not need assistance and i urge you to do yours.
