Homechoice the **** store

I have never opened an account with home choice but the store alleges that I took credit amounting 5000 during July under lockdown. I have never entered a home choice store any where bt it shows ony credit rating that I owe them. Home choice is a **** store and is prone to ***** and forgery. How can a person open an account with someones name meaning they do no do due dilegence on applications. What a kaak store need help to clear my name cause they are not corporate.
