HOMECHOICE TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made a purchase of a bed set (base and mattress) in September 2021....after 5 months the mattress was bulging on the sides and the springs are making noise...reported this to Home choice in February I was asked to send picture and a video of which was done...its now a month later and no feedback is received. Homechoice calls me every day to either make another purchase or to enquire on when will my payment be made for the month(bear in mind my account is not in arrears).. every time I call customer care I receive the same feedback that my query is being attended to however its a month with no feedback on my defected product...home choice I need answers and stop harassing me to make another purchase.

I was told that my new mattress will be delivered on the 30th.... Today is the 30th I have not recieved a call from homechoice nor restonic.... I called in to the call Centre who now tells me to wait 2 - 4weeks and there is nothing that can be done... Requested a manager and there is no manager that can assist I was just told to wait.
