HOMECHOICE SUCKS
I am so upset right now, i have been very patient with Homechoice. Someone opened an account on my name and i reported the matter on 30/08/2019,now its mid November no feedback and when i call the ***** department there is no answer. My credit record is going down every month due to non payment of the account. What does one do, how long does it for them to get the a delivery note from the warehouse. I really feel Homechoice doesn't care just because the person is not affected by the matter.

Your guys contacted me 13:08 to be exact and i was promised to be called back shortly, how long is your shortly. i have been very patient with you guys. after submitting everything on 03/09 you still do not have anything tangible for me.
