Homechoice *****ing from Bank accounts??

Again there's no winning with this company. I have never been a customer yet someone made purchases on my name there. I've been told that an investigation is under way and it will take up to 3 months to resolve this.

Even though I have logged this dispute and provided an affidavit to confirm I did open an account with them my bank account is still being debited. Who gives you the right to take almost R2000 from me in a debit order.
