Homechoice stalking my wife

My wife paid up her homechoice account sometime in 2018 and requested that her account be deleted. She was told that the account would eventually be deleted if it remained inactive for about 6 months. To my surprise homechoice has continued calling her on *** and she has been ignoring the calls. However the stalking even went further to the point that on the 14th of May and 15th of May homechoice even called my wife’s manager looking for her even though my wife owes them nothing. Is it even allowed to call someone’s manager just to invite a person to buy goods on credit? This is totally unacceptable and represents stalking. My wife requested that her account be deleted or at best the credit limit be reduced to zero. Why is that difficult to do?
