Homechoice spammer

Homechoice is dishonest and stole my money. Why I am saying this is, I paid on 22 December my account Amount of N$1114.70 then the same day the decided on their own to deduct from my bank N$1161.00. I never consent for a debit order or signed for anything, so without any warning they just took my money. If I knew I would have never paid from my side. Now if I log into my account I am still due N$2284.85 for 31 December 2021. A Busisiwe Tunzi emailed me back, with NO answer on any of my questions, just reverting to T&C’s which I am aware of. Now she does not answer me at all on any of my mails. This company has terrible service, the only way you can reach them is when they call you when advertising something they want to sell otherwise nothing! This is not what I signed up for, who gives them the right to do this if I never consent on any of these debit orders??
