Homechoice sold me a bank bed that's not strong
Bought a bank bed for my kids. Within a two month the bed broke. When I call homechoice they said they will come but no one came. This days they calling me to make my last payment for the broken bed. When I ask why they haven't made any effort, they say someone came and check in house now the my floor is not level. But no one came. Can anyone help me cause I want to send this matter to the ombuds man. Before it affects my credit record
