HomeChoice Shocking Answer

I paid off my account with homechoice, but they are still billing on the same account. When I ask them why I they still charging me because I paid all the money that was owing on my account, The answer I got was that I didn't request a settlement letter when I made my last payment. I just need this company to close that account because I don't owe them anymore
