Homechoice service is **********!!!!

I have had such a bad experience with homechoice. I literally just got off the phone with one of the agents and she was extremely rude and sarcastic. When I asked her to escalate the matter, she shut me down and referred to call back to complain. I am demanding action. Or I will blast this on social media and I will not stop. I will do surveys to drop their score until a senior member calls me to address this matter.
