Homechoice service is a ***** service - those people are ****** and they upset me

<p>I ordered suitcases via phonecall with one of their Homchoce agents. When they came, they were in a wrong colour, so I contacted them and they told me the colour I ordered was out of stock, meaning the agent sold me the wrong colour by purpose to make commission.</p> <p>I asked them to fetch the suitcases as they delivered them, but they never did. All of a sudden I'm rejected on my finance application due to the arrears on homechoice account. I called them back and they told me that they will not fetch the suitcases, if I don't want to keep them, then I should bring them back via post.</p> <p>What really apsets me is the fact that I reported the suitcases were wrong, but they went on to deduct money. They delivered the suitcases to my personal address, but they want me to post them via Post Office.</p>
