Homechoice ****med me out of thousands

I'm yet to receive any feedback, much less the order itself, that I ordered and paid for 12 days ago. I received an SMS 11 days ago claiming my order had been dispatched. Noxolo, the rude consultant I eventually got through to after numerous failed attempts to get through to the Customer Services department, told me the order "takes 5 to 7 business days to be delivered after being dispatched" - that hasn't happened! I'm extremely irritated and officially feel ****** by Homechoice. I've sent numerous emails and none of them have been rep**** to. STAY AWAY FROM HOMECHOICE. They talk a good game but fail dismally to fulfill the standards they've set. I'm horrified. I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!
