Homechoice: **** and Spam

Spam and **** - apparently I purchased my item 5 times....So according to their system I generated 4 different orders of the same thing and owed them > than 3000 rands? I have one online credit card purchase that went through and my money was debited accordingly...their system still shows that they are awaiting payment and hence still have not shipped my product...how is that possible?? I am not ever considering your retail company for purchase again. They are now asking me for a proof of payment? This is the worst retail experience I've encountered.
